Is FitSnap free?
FitSnap is free to download and free to use. Some theme packs are optional one-time purchases. No subscription, ever. Buy a pack once and it’s yours on every device signed into your Apple Account.
Are my photos uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything happens on your iPhone: themes, stats, export. Your photos only leave your phone when you choose to share them. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
I bought a theme pack but it shows as locked. How do I restore it?
Open FitSnap, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed into the same Apple Account you bought the pack with. If it still doesn’t unlock, email us and we’ll sort it out.
Can FitSnap fill in my stats automatically?
Yes. Import a workout from Apple Health and the distance, time, and pace fill in for you, or type them yourself. Health access is read-only, happens on-device, and can be revoked anytime in iOS Settings → Health.
What resolution are exported photos?
Exports match the full resolution of your original photo. Nothing is downscaled. Keep in mind that some social apps compress images on their end after you post.
My sport or a theme I want is missing. Can you add it?
