The short version
Use FitSnap to make and share your own images. Don’t misuse it or break the law with it. The app is provided as-is, purchases run through Apple, and the photos you make are yours.
Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the FitSnap iOS app (“FitSnap”, “the app”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app. FitSnap is also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple EULA”). Where these Terms and the Apple EULA overlap, whichever offers you the stronger protection applies.
Your license
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use FitSnap on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the Apple EULA and the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app itself.
Your content
The photos, captions, and stats you bring to FitSnap are yours. We claim no ownership of them, and as described in our Privacy Policy, they are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us. You are responsible for the images you create and share, and for having the right to use any photo you import.
Acceptable use
Don’t use FitSnap to create or share content that is unlawful, infringes someone else’s rights, or that you don’t have permission to use. Don’t attempt to disrupt or compromise the app.
Purchases
FitSnap is free to download. Some themes are sold as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase through the App Store. All payments, restores, and refund requests are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms of Service, and we never process or see your payment details. A purchase unlocks the content on Apple Accounts entitled to it and can be restored on your devices.
The app is provided “as is”
FitSnap is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the mandatory laws of your country.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use FitSnap after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
